Return Policy & Warranty for Anagon Puzzles

At Anagon Puzzles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your 3D printed twisty puzzles and accessories. Below you’ll find details about our returns, refunds, and exchanges. 

Eligibility for Returns

  • All products are eligible for return within 30 days of package delivery.
  • Custom-made puzzles are returnable only if they were not produced according to the specifications and instructions you provided.
  • Products damaged through customer misuse or improper handling are not eligible for a refund.
  • Kits purchased directly through Anagon Puzzles are eligible for return only if the kit remains unopened and in its original condition. If a kit has been opened, it is no longer eligible for a refund to the original payment method. However, provided that all components are intact, undamaged, and fully accounted for, Anagon Puzzles may issue store credit in lieu of a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through the Anagon Puzzles contact form. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (for example, a manufacturing defect, a puzzle that does not function as advertised, breakage during normal use, or damage during shipping), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer error (such as ordering the wrong product or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Restocking Fees

  • We offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit (discounts on future purchases) up to the original purchase price.
  • Refunds are issued in USD.
  • Original shipping charges are refunded only if the error was ours.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to used items returned due to customer error.
  • No restocking fees apply when Anagon Puzzles is at fault.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, or has missing pieces, we’ll make it right. We may offer a repair or fix if it is quicker and more convenient than a full return or replacement. However, you are always entitled to choose a refund or replacement instead of attempting a repair.
Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
